By using PlanMap you agree to these terms. They are deliberately short.

What this service is

PlanMap provides the independent CampMap and ActivityMap planning tools for Chicago families. We compile listings from public data and provider websites so families can compare programs in one place. We do not run these programs, take registrations, or process payments. Registration always happens on the provider's own site under their terms.

Accuracy

Camp details change constantly — dates shift, prices change, sessions fill. Every listing shows its source and the date we last checked it, but we cannot guarantee any listing is current or correct. Always confirm details with the provider before registering or paying. If you spot something wrong, tell us and we will fix it.

No affiliation

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Chicago Park District or any camp provider listed. Provider names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify their programs.

Acceptable use

Please do not scrape the site at volume, resell our listings as your own, attempt to break into it, or use it to send unsolicited email to providers or families.

No warranty

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlanMap is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from your dealings with any camp provider, including a camp filling before you register.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service develops. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
